Accounting & Finance (AO) Accounting Support Staff Melbourne CBD Contract or Temp 11/6/2024 Immediate start- 18 week role Hybrid role Accounts Payable and Purchasing contract Service based company with reach of thousands of customers across Australia.
A highly regarded name in the professional services industry.
The role: creation of POs and invoice reconciliation and receipting within SLAs Ensure billing and general queries are completed in a professional and timely manner Accurate cost centre allocations Timely response to quote requests and resolve purchasing related enquiries with internal stakeholders Submitting contracts / quotes for legal review and signing Billing and invoicing processes This role has an immediate start and will continue for an 18 week period.
You will be working onsite in the Melbourne CBD office 3 days per week.
2 days per week the team work from home.
We are looking for a degree qualified, team focussed candidate who has 12+ experience in an AP/Purchasing environment.
