Reporting to the General Manager and Operations Manager, the focus of this role will be to chase and obtain multiple trade quotations and ensure we are achieving the best outcome on each and every trade item. On the job training and future opportunities for career progression will also be available for the right candidate.Key Duties & ResponsibilitiesUpdate and maintain subcontractor trade baseManage induction of new sub-contractors and suppliersAssist in preparing and coordinating monthly cost reporting meetings for supervisor projectsAssist our team with obtaining trade quotations per contractor packageGenerate and send purchase orders to subcontractors as requested by supervisorsProcess subcontractor invoices throughout the monthPrepare trade scopes to be sent out to contractorsKey Selection CriteriaAbility to build effective relationships with both internal and external stakeholdersResults driven with excellent attention to detailSuperior customer service skillsStrong organisational skillsProactive and motivated personalityStrong Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPointPlease note: The successful candidate must have the right to work in Australia and be prepared to undergo a criminal background check where required.
