Purchasing, Procurement & Inventory (Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics) Possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Logistics, Business Admin, or a related field. Have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in procurement and supply chain. Furniture and Interior design industry preferred. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written in English and Mandarin. Role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking suppliers. Must have strong problem solving, analytical and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently to meet tight deadlines, resourceful and multi-task. Proficiency in design software such as Auto CAD, Adobe Photoshop and MS Office Suite. Overseeing the end-to-end procurement process, from requisition to delivery of goods and services. Prepare and process purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies. Perform sourcing of goods and reliable vendors in line with specified quality and service targets. Manage supplier relationships, including negotiating contracts, pricing, and terms of service. Coordinate with internal departments to understand material requirements and ensure alignment with production schedules. Manage and monitor stock inventory levels. Prepare weekly/monthly purchasing reports. Perform ad-hoc tasks and related duties as assigned.
