We specialise in the manufacture and supply of emergency refuge chambers, disaster shelters and plant growth facilities, as well as tracking, remote diagnostics and a range of electronic equipment including cap lamps and gas monitoring.
Exporting to over 70 countries worldwide, MineARC has seven offices and three manufacturing facilities globally; with Perth remaining as Head Office since the company's establishment 20 years ago.
The Role:
Reporting to the Supply Chain & Inventory Manager, the responsibilities of the role include:
Management of minimum and maximum stock levels and ordering of stock Developing, negotiating and implementing cost effective purchasing processes Ensure best value for money is achieved for the company's expenditure Coordinate the vendor qualification process and maintain records for this process. Coordinate international vendor manufacturing lead times to ensure adequate stock is available Provide suppliers with rolling forecasts and respond to supplier queries as required Ensure that all purchasing processes comply with company ISO9001:2008 Standards Effectively manage the good return, credit and warranty processes Coordinate with freight forwarders/supplier shipping agents to arrange shipping/custom clearance as required in relation to imports/goods inwards Maintain rolling order forecasts for all products and product groups Organise warehouse materials, inventory warehouse layout and coordinate stocktakes Complete the Bill of Materials and Job Costing Update stock descriptions and part numbers and creditors where required About You: Strong purchasing, stock control experience and warehouse management experience Accurate data entry skills and exceptional attention to detail Must have experience working within a Quality System - we are ISO9001 certified Good time management and organisational skills Experience working within an ERP System (SAP, Pronto etc) Ability to liaise with all levels within the organization including Senior Management Experience with qualifying vendors and documenting the process Systematic working practices and ability to uphold company procedures Experience with bill of materials Benefits: An opportunity to work at a growing international company whilst collaborating with a highly motivated team Free gym with 24/7 access Weekly pay Opportunities for career progression Social club and regular events Your application will include the following questions:
