Purchasing & Administration Assistant

Our Opportunity Our client is a global, privately owned, engineering / mining services / industrial manufacturing company.
To support the ongoing growth of the company, our client is searching for a Purchasing & Administration Assistant to join the team.
The position is a full-time permanent opportunity, based in Wollongong NSW. Daily duties will include however are not limited to: Purchasing (primary role):Purchasing / Procurement activitiesObtaining quotesRaising Purchase OrdersLiaise daily with suppliersAdministration (assist when required):Assist with administrative tasks & EOM reconciliation eg: Goods receiptingProcessing timesheetsGreeting customers / suppliers & arrange couriersThe Right Person: Ideally you will have experience within a similar roleHave previously worked within either construction, mining or fabrication industries.Intermediate MS Office Suite skillsExperience with Pronto / Dynamics 365 and / or RedmapFull working rights in AustraliaIf this sounds like your next role, please APPLY now!
