Roster: Monday to Friday
Length of Contract: Initial 12 month contract

Experience: Mandatory strong SAP experience or solid knowledgeof SAP. SAP 4 Hana would be very attractive.
About the Role:
The Project Controls team is part of the Project Business Office group within Projects.Weprovide Estimating, Planning/Scheduling, Cost Control/Engineering,Cost and Schedule Risk Analysis, Performance Management, discipline Assurance and overall Project Controls leadership support to Woodside's portfolio of opportunities and projects.
The Central Purchase Requisition and Service Entry team is an integral part of the Project Controls Central Team.
Responsibilities:
APurchase Requisition and Invoice Specialistis required to join the Project Controls Central Australiateam in Perth. You will work as part of an energized and efficient centralized team, responsible for supporting all applicableAustralia capital projectsmanaged out of Woodside's Perth office.
Technical Requirements: Collate all required data to support material and service purchase requisition creationCreate purchase requisitions and route for review and approvalReceive compliant third party vendor invoices from Accounts Payable team and create applicable service entriesRoute service entries for endorsement and approvalRun applicable reports from VIM analytics to check on service entry statusLiaising with Internal and External Stakeholders as required Experience: Engages and communicates effectively across multiple stakeholder groupsDemonstrates strong communication skills to influence internal and external stakeholdersMotivated, self-starter with commitment to delivery and qualityStrong interpersonal and relationship building/collaboration skillsHighly organized and ability to manage work across multiple work frontsProficient SAP userHas a good understanding of data analytics in support of underlying business transactions
