Purchase Ledger Clerk Responsibilities: Purchase Ledger processing high volume of purchase invoicesReconciling purchase ledger balances with supplier statementsPreparation of weekly payment runs and dealing with suppliers as appropriate.Dealing with queries daily, liaising with internal and external contactsCollating, checking and processing of employee expensesReconciliation of employee expenses to company credit card statementsPurchase Ledger Clerk Experience Required Proven experience in a Purchase Ledger roleProficient IT / Excel skills – confident with vlookupsThe ability to work both independently and as part of a teamExcellent communication skillsThe ability to work towards tight deadlinesWhat's on Offer?
