Pump Operator / Labourer

CF Group Pty Ltd is a geotechnical contracting company seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Pump Operator / Labourer to assist on construction and piling projects. This role supports machine operators and the site foreman to ensure efficient site operations.
Key Responsibilities: Assist plant operators with alignment, movement, and adjustments of machinery and materials.Act as a visual lookout for operators and all workers, ensuring site safety at all times.Monitor excavators and piling rigs for faulty parts or equipment and assist with maintenance.Clean and prepare sites to eliminate potential hazards.Help with piling activities, including attaching sheets to equipment and setting up lines for installation. Requirements: Strong teamwork and communication skills.Ability to follow safety protocols and work independently when needed.Previous experience in pump operations in construction is an advantage.
