About Property Water Solutions Property Water Solutions is a family business based in the Western Downs and surrounding areas that has been running for the past 7 years. We specialise in solar pumps and the setup of whole property water solutions for large rural properties. We pride ourselves on the delivery of quality water products to our customers in the Western Downs, Darling Downs and South West Regions.
About the Role Due to continued expansion, we are looking for a Leading Hand to join our team. This position is both a hands on and team management role.
The day to day role includes
- Installation of solar pumps
- Preparing stock for installations
- Completing connections and fittings of pumps on site
- Repairs and maintenance of existing pumps and connections
- Fault finding and problem solving for the repair of jobs
- Inventory management
- Organising a small team of staff
- Other work in relation to the role that is reasonably required
The role is usually Monday to Friday work, with some weekend work occasionally. Some overnight travel is required when needed. You will be able to further develop your skills.
