What you'll be doing Conduct inspections, maintenance, and repairs on a variety of industrial pumps and mechanical equipment Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with pumps, motors, and other mechanical components Perform precision fitting, alignment, and balancing of pumps and related machinery Liaise with supervisors and team members to ensure efficient workflow and on-time project completion Comply with all health, safety, and environmental regulations to maintain a safe working environment Contribute to the continuous improvement of maintenance processes and procedures What we're looking for Demonstrated experience as a Pump Fitter or Mechanical Fitter, preferably within the trades and services industry Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals Proficiency in the use of hand tools, power tools, and specialised equipment for pump and mechanical maintenance Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills A commitment to safety and a proactive approach to maintaining a safe work environment Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve shared goals What we offer
