Pump And Irrigation Technician

Job Type: Permanent position | Full time positionJob DescriptionAn experienced person in irrigation is required to install, repair and maintain irrigation systems including pumping systems. The role includes installing/fault finding of motor/pump controls, repairs and installation to industrial, agricultural and domestic irrigation and pumping systems. They install domestic sprinkler and drip irrigation systems, municipal sporting field popup sprinkler systems, farm livestock watering systems, domestic water supply pumping and filtration systems.Experience in operating machinery such as trenching machines, mini loaders, bobcats, and excavators would be an advantage. Technical pump training is provided; however, competent plumbing skills along with common sense and some administrative skills are important.
