Your Talent Certificate IV Warehousing (preferred but not essential) Supervisory experience Relevant experience in a warehouse environment Ability to work within a fast-paced team environment Intermediate knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite SAP experience (preferred, but not essential) RF Scanning experience LF and/or LO license (preferred but not essential) English fluent (written and oral) Your Mission The role of Store Person is responsible for overseeing the Despatch functions for Retail, Wholesale, and Marketing channels from our Braeside Warehouse. This role is also responsible for supervising team members within the Despatch function. In addition, this role must also operate across all of the relevant warehouse functions as required. Success will be achieved by working cross-functionally with the other on-site supervisors to ensure the business-driven KPI's are met.
This role will include liaising with external providers such as transport companies and Wholesale customers for bookings, as well as Puma retail stores. During peak inbound periods, it is expected that this role will be available to work some weekends to cater for the increased inbound requirements of the site. This role must also have a strong OH&S focus to ensure the safe operation of the site.
*This role is classified as a Storeworker, grade 4 - ordinary hourly rate of pay: $35.16.
All tasks to be performed in this role at grade 4 are outlined in the PUMA Australia and Workers Collective Enterprise Agreement 2022.
