About the Role:
As the Property and Carpark Operations Assistant, you'll work closely with the Property Manager to oversee 20,000 m² of prime commercial real estate, including Food & Beverage, Wellness, and 30 retail sites, plus the carpark. This is a client-facing role with plenty of variety, ideal for someone looking to develop a strong foundation in property management through hands-on learning and collaboration with multiple teams.
Key Responsibilities: Client Relations: Be a welcoming, go-to point of contact for retailers and customers, handling inquiries professionally. Tenant Administration: Support lease management, including rent reviews and tenant communications. Record Keeping: Maintain up-to-date tenant schedules and important documents using MRI software. Financial Reporting: Help prepare and report budgets, forecasts, and audits. Site Inspections: Regularly inspect the site to ensure compliance with safety, fire, and environmental standards. Facility Coordination: Assist with tenancy fit-outs and maintenance contracts. Carpark Management: Oversee daily carpark operations, ensuring a seamless customer experience. Operational Support: Support recoverable expense management, VO audits, and other administrative tasks. Revenue Management: Handle billing for carpark users and generate revenue reports. Ideal Candidate: At least 2 years of experience in property or facilities management, ideally with retail and carpark exposure. Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset. Detail-oriented with a knack for record-keeping, ideally with MRI software experience. What's in It for You?
