About the role This is more than a standard accounts payable role. The Publisher Reconciliation Officer works with all parts of the business to ensure full and accurate payment to our publishers.
A member of a small payables team and a wider finance group.Works with Client Services, warehouse team, and the wider Are Direct business.Ensures accurate and timely payments, which contributes to a healthy relationship with our publishers.Duties Monthly cycle of paymentsLiaison with Client Services to resolve variances and publisher queriesAnalyse and resolve anomalies in publisher accountsProvide support to the NZ publisher payables teamSkills and experience Experience in accounts payable or other accounting function using ERPSystems include JD Edwards accounting software, Microsoft Excel, Word, and OutlookExperience with large volumes of data or transactionsWritten and verbal communication skillsTime management and meeting deadlinesAre Media is committed to a diverse, respectful, collaborative & inclusive workplace.
