This part time role requires a 9-month commitment, as this program is from March 2025 - Dec 2025. To be eligible for this internship, you MUST be studying for the duration of the internship. Job DescriptionRegular Weekly Duties: Attend weekly Marketing and team WIPs.Prepare purchase orders, updating PO trackers and sending invoices for payment.Prize fulfillment, sending out merchandise and prizing to winners.Preparing and sending film review reports.Updating and maintaining key contact databases.Assisting in creating influencer strategy plans.Database Management: Update the media, influencer and exhibition database to ensure contacts are most current.Events / Screenings: General administrative and event support at screenings and premiere events.Sending out screening invitations and compiling RSVPs and door list.Central Diary booking management.QualificationsProficient in Outlook and Excel.Excellent attention to detail.Well organized with great prioritization skills.Ability to take initiative and work independently.Excellent communication and a great team player.Passionate about the film industry.Currently undertaking university study in communications or marketing based discipline. #J-18808-Ljbffr
