Digital Roles Trading under Publicis Communications Australia Location: Sydney, Melbourne, or Brisbane Digital Manager (Also known as Account Manager) The purpose of the Digital Manager is to create and run digital media plan responses through all stages: approach, plans, optimisation, PCR, and billing whether it's the client, creative agency, media owner, etc. Deliver best-in-market implementation planning responses that are well thought out, argued, and address the marketing challenge. Look to innovate where possible while also nailing the fundamentals. Act as the first point of contact for day-to-day management of implementation elements. Manage the workloads, outputs, and development of the Exec and Coordinators. Support the AD in overall team management, and the GBD and other team members in integrating digital into the client advertising mix.
Minimum Qualifications: Relevant tertiary qualification or a minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience in lieu of qualification. Preferably a university degree or higher education qualifications. Excellent understanding and working knowledge of Digital marketing, backed by relevant experience. Good understanding and working knowledge of the Australian media landscape. Highly proficient in Office platforms: Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Excellent ability to analyse and manipulate data, extracting insights for reporting. Salary: $80K - $105K package Digital Director (Also known as Account Director) The purpose of the Digital Director is to work closely with the Business Director in driving client business growth by unlocking the client's business opportunity and capability, delivering outstanding client service, innovative and ambitious client solutions, and driving communication planning excellence.

Excellent understanding and working knowledge of Performance marketing, backed by relevant experience. Good understanding and working knowledge of the Australian media landscape. Highly proficient in Office platforms: Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Leadership and mentoring of performance digital teams. Salary: $110K - $130K package Job Type: Full-time
