Are you ready to drive excellence in procurement and contract management for one of Western Australia's leading public organisations? As the Senior Contracts Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Network and Infrastructure Division of the Public Transport Authority (PTA). Managing a mix of goods, services, and works contracts, you will oversee compliance, financial performance, and risk management to ensure successful delivery across major facilities and services.
In this dynamic role, you will contribute to the operational performance of the Division, leading initiatives in safety, continuous improvement, and project delivery from a contract management perspective. You'll develop and maintain robust contract management systems, support tendering processes, manage variations, and provide expert financial and strategic advice to enhance contract outcomes and compliance with PTA's standards and legislative requirements.

To excel in this role, you should possess:
Proven experience managing the procurement lifecycle, with a strong focus on contract management. Demonstrated knowledge and experience with government contracting and procurement policies and procedures. Well-developed verbal, written, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team and contribute to achieving team goals. Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills to address challenges and deliver effective solutions.
