About the role:
Our team is currently accepting expressions of interest applications for full-time customer service call centre operators. In this role you will be responsible for taking inbound calls whilst providing exceptional first point of contact for Queenslanders affected by disaster events during Queensland's storm season.

Your skills & experience:
Experience in customer service - call centre desirable
Recruitment requirements - psychometric testing to be completed
Hospitality and Retail experience encouraged
Intermediate computer literacy and high attention to detail
Be open and eager to learn new process and new systems
Strong communication skills and proven experience in negotiation and managing difficult calls
Key Accountabilities:
Taking high volume inbound calls from customers
Provide customers with optimal customer service including quality and timely decisions
Develop specific knowledge around claims and assistance processes
Manage policies and procedures and meet Queensland legislative requirements
