Follow Oliver Wyman on X What you will do: Become part of our team and play a proactive role in shaping the strategies necessary for our Public Sector clients to overcome their challenges and revolutionise their departments and organisations.Drawing on our extensive industry knowledge, you will employ analysis, assessments, and innovation to assist our clients in streamlining operations, enhancing overall efficiencies, and driving transformation agendas.As a member of your project team, you will:Assist government leaders and senior management in defining their organisational strategies and converting their vision into tangible initiatives.Conduct thorough qualitative and quantitative research, as well as in-depth analysis of business models, strategic processes, and their impact on operations.Aid client meetings by preparing materials, conducting interviews, and facilitating workshops.Contribute to the creation of reports, recommendations, and conclusions for our clients.Support business development by contributing to proposal development.Dedicate yourself to the development of our team participating in firm events, training sessions, and recruitment activities.
What you will bring:Depending on the role, a minimum of 4-10 years' experience, ideally with a strategy consulting firm or project-based, team-oriented environments.
