The Role We are looking for a Senior Lawyer at the 5-12 PQE level with experience or an interest in either prosecutions, regulatory and disciplinary proceedings or administrative law.
The successful applicant will have the opportunity to work across a range of prosecutions and litigation matters for a range of public and government clients including merits and judicial review litigation, statutory interpretation and disciplinary proceedings.
You will have the chance to advise on investigations and exercising enforcement powers as well as advising clients on subpoenaed documents.
