Key Responsibilities: Maintain a clinical caseload with NDIS participants aged 18+ (and occasional adolescent referrals) who have developmental or acquired conditions, including progressive neurological conditions and autistic participants.
Examples include: functional assessment, prescription of assistive technology, complex home modifications, pressure care monitoring and problem solving, capacity building supports and coaching, behavioural support plan collaboration and implementation.
Build and expand professional skill levels to ensure that NDIS participants receive the best possible service reflecting up to date evidence-based practice.
Work within agreed scope of practice at all times in accordance with Peninsula Health policy governing credentialing, scope of practice and introduction of new interventions.
Meet NDIS billing requirements.
Demonstrate positive workplace behaviours and relationships at all times.
