Purpose As a Public Area Attendant, you are a valuable member of our Housekeeping team, responsible for keeping our shared spaces exceptionally clean and focusing on the little things.
You will feel at ease working both independently and alongside your team members and enjoy engaging with guests, helping them with any questions or requests they may have.
The Role Casual loading on all hourly rates!
Base rate of $24.98.
With Loadings: Monday - Friday $31.23ph, Saturday $37.47ph, Sunday $43.72ph and Public Holidays $62.45ph!Adult wages for all team members 16 years and aboveSupportive and fun teamPrimary Responsibilities Ensure the property always looks its best, inside and outEmbrace the cleaning challenge, sprucing up both indoor and outdoor public areas (including pool, gym and shared bathrooms) to meet our high cleanliness and presentation standardsExpertly handle specialised equipment and chemicals with safety in mindOffering help to guests with inquiries and security matters, and collaborating with different departments to accomplish tasksBe the eyes and ears for our maintenance and guest services teams, reporting any issues promptly, from maintenance problems to damaged equipment and missing itemsSkills and Experience Previous experience in a similar role (as a cleaner/room attendant/public areas attendant) is a plusYour communication style is warm and welcoming, making both guests and team members feel at easeYou have an eye for detail and work efficiently, managing your time well and taking pride in your tasksAdaptability and physical fitness to work in both internal and external environments, including staircases and uncovered areasYou enjoy collaborating with colleagues from various backgroundsCapable of embracing a flexible rotating schedule, including nights, overnights, weekends, and public holidays as requiredAt Accor, we welcome you as you are.
