JOB TITLE: PTW COORDINATOR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for the generation of permits in line with the ISSOW Procedure [Integrated Safe System of Work]. Attend daily SIMOPS meetings and facilitate review of planned activities and required permits. Discuss the scope of each activity including the safety requirements. Carry out the assessment of risk for the activities that need to be completed and classify them as either level 1 or level 2. Perform Permit Audits. Revalidate permits, which are of long-term duration and reschedule work if required. Coordinate with the Area Authorities for work being carried out in their respective area. Carry out any other duties as required by the supervisor. Responsible for ensuring that permits are issued and monitored in line with the ISSOW Procedure. ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS: Process Plant experience. Process Safety and HSE experience. Auditing. Communication skills. Process improvement. Proactive approach. #LI-SM2
