Key Responsibilities: Brand Marketing: Plan and execute online and local marketing campaigns to build brand awareness.Budget Management: Oversee the marketing promotion budget and ensure effective allocation.Strategy Development: Create and optimize online and local marketing strategies to drive growth.Content Creation: Produce high-quality marketing materials to support campaigns and promotions.Online Promotion: Manage the brand's presence across online platforms, increasing exposure and engagement.Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, gather feedback, and provide expert advice and support.Qualifications & Skills: Experience: At least 20 months of experience in the PTE training industry within the past two years, with expertise in both the local market (WA) and online channels, particularly with a focus on the Chinese market.Social Media Expertise: Strong understanding of Chinese social media platforms, particularly Xiaohongshu (Little Red Book), with a proven track record of growing an account by 1,200+ followers.Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field preferred.Marketing Knowledge: Solid understanding of online and local marketing strategies and execution.Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Knowledge of Mandarin is a plus.Creative Thinking: Ability to propose and implement innovative marketing ideas and strategies.Teamwork: Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $74,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
