You are a Generally Registered Psychologist with AHPRA.Deep understanding of the NDIS, and a strong desire to support those with a disability.Board Accredited Supervisor Accreditation, or eligibility and willingness to complete this.Experience within Positive Behaviour Support highly regarded!Leadership experience within an allied health or community services organisation.You are flexible and curious in both your clinical and management approach, and prioritise individualised supports.Confident and creative in use of computer mediated communication to connect and support a team.You hold or are willing to obtain a current Working With Children Check, a NDIS Worker Screening Check and/or Police Check before commencing.You have a full, unrestricted Australian Driver's Licence and reliable access to a registered vehicle.Those with lived experience welcome!Open to a different way of doing things? With us, you will be joining a diverse, vibrant and clinically minded cohort of psychologists, and a warm and supportive Leadership Team who lead from the front with curiosity and kindness.
Reporting to the National Head of Psychology, you will have the opportunity to implement your clinical expertise in support of those with a disability on an NDIS plan, and the therapists who support them. Leading a small team of up to 10 psychologists, this role reflects that every interaction has the rewarding potential to build capacity and create significant, lifelong change – for clients and therapists.
You will be providing direct operational management and clinical support to your team, nurturing an environment where therapists thrive, and in turn so do their clients.
You will be leading from the front, maintaining a small client caseload of your own and modelling excellent standards of client care, ethics and professional practice.
