About the Role AsClinical Director/Team Leader , you will:
Lead and mentor a team of psychologists, providing support and direction. Overseeclinical services and ensure the highest standards of care. Be thevoice of the team, collaborate with other leaders to drive growth and innovation. Work with adiverse client base , including individual therapy and organisational services through our corporate and government contracts. Take advantage ofunique opportunities inworkplace training ,executive coaching , andorganisational assessments . Who You Are You are an experienced psychologist looking to make a meaningful impact, with:
AHPRA registration and a minimum of5 years experience in a therapeutic setting. Proven leadership and experience as a liaison between your team and the leadership team. Ability to workautonomously and manage a range of client needs. Experience with a variety ofmental health disorders . Exceptionaltime-management ,organisation , andinterpersonal skills . Eligibility to provide psychological services viaMedicare , and experience with other funding streams (TAC, WorkCover, DVA, EAP).
