You will be responsible for overseeing Axis' Psychologists delivering high quality services across a diverse range of applied psychology settings including occupational health psychology, clinical health psychology, health promotion and pain management psychology. The successful individual will be committed to their own personal and professional growth and have a presence that inspires our Psychology team. In this role you will: Contribute to the strategic planning and direction of Psychology services at Axis, including opportunity to contribute to our Mental Health Advisory Board Lead operational duties to ensure effective delivery of Axis' Psychology services (resourcing management, clinical reviews, customer project management) Provide ongoing mentoring, development and support to your team members including regular 1-on-1s and performance reviewsParticipate in business development and account management, including managing national accounts & attracting new clients to the organisation Coordinate with HR on workforce planning, recruitment, training and retention Deliver against budget and use financial targets to drive continual process improvement You will bring the following: Accredited Psychology qualification and AHPRA registration Minimum 5 years' experience as a Psychologist - ideally with exposure to workplace wellbeing, health promotion or return to work management A strategic mindset and an active and agile driver of change Professional indemnity insurance Full Australian working rights An Australian driver's license and access to your own private vehicle Why work for Axis?
