The ORS Psychology team is expanding, and we are seeking our next experienced registered Psychologist to lead our psychology clinic.
The clinic provides a range of psychological services including short-term mental health interventions, such as Medicare individual therapy under the Better Access Scheme and Employee Assistance Program individual therapy.
We also provide assessment and diagnostic services, and psychological capacity building under the NDIS.
You will have the opportunity to lead a vibrant and well-rounded psychology team and be part of a national team of 200+ Psychologists working under Commonwealth funded mental health service programs, Employee Assistance Program services, NDIS, and the private sector.

While leading a team and providing psychological practice, you will utilise a variety of evidence-based brief intervention strategies and techniques from modalities such as CBT, ACT & DBT, underpinned by our person-centred and trauma-informed approaches to psychological therapy.

You will also have direct access to consult at any time and access advice on any complex cases with your dedicated General Manager who has over 20 years' experience in the delivery of Psychology and associated services.
ORS also has a dedicated Learning & Development Manager in the Psychology division who possesses 14 years of clinical experience in the disability field and an extensive background in research, including a PhD.
