Location: North Queensland Kidney Transplant Service, Medical Service Group, Townsville
The Senior Psychologist will play a key role in the highly skilled North Queensland Kidney Transplant multidisciplinary team, to make a tangible impact on the lives of north Queenslanders. The purpose of this role is to deliver senior Psychology services within the North Queensland Kidney Transplant Service.
This includes:
Delivering high-quality evidenced based Psychology clinical services to patients/consumers within a highly functioning interprofessional team.Contribution to the advancement of quality Psychology services and optimal patient care, through provision of service development, quality improvement, and clinical education.Monitoring and reporting on work practices and outcomes, including initiating, planning and evaluating relevant quality and research initiatives.Providing supervision and training to less experienced (HP3) clinicians, students and to Allied Health Assistants (AHA's).Your contributions will be valued and impactful.
