What's different about Tasmania is our culture and our lifestyle.
You will have a powerful connection to your clients and their families, and the community will encourage your success.
Our isolation helps drive a culture of innovation and human connection, which feels both old fashioned and… like the only future worth pursuing.
Tasmania, Australia's only island state, offers unparalleled natural beauty and a luxurious lifestyle.
Pursuing your health career in Tasmania's public health system means building strong connections with colleagues and patients.
It also means embracing a lifestyle where you can enjoy extraordinary experiences outside of work while making a significant impact on the community during work.
We are small enough here for you to shape and influence your work and make a real impact every day.
Yet we are big enough for you to feel part of something important, somewhere you can belong and be surrounded by diversity, friendships, professional support, and positive lifestyles.
Tasmanians are connected to the land where we live, and to the stories of the people who have cared for this place for tens of thousands of years.
If you need any more convincing about our beautiful part of the world, here it is North-West Tasmania.
