About the Role:
We are currently looking for a passionate Psychologist to take on a Private Practice role in the Yarra Valley.
Our client provides psychological assessment and intervention services to the Yarra Valley and Outer East suburbs of Melbourne, as well as West Gippsland. A values-based practice with values of Community, Strengths Focus, Sharing Knowledge, and Sustainability. Our client is a teaching clinic and provides mentoring and supervision to trainee psychologists.
In this role you will see a range of clients from paediatrics through to older adults. You will also have the opportunity to deliver both individual and group-based therapy as well as some community visits. As part of your client-centered approach, you will also be able to provide general counselling, CBT, ACT therapies. In this role you will also perform Psychological assessments and reporting including cognitive (WPPSI-IV, WISC-V, WAIS-IV), educational (WIAT-III, PEP-3), and adaptive/behavioural (Vineland-3, ABAS, Conners3) with a wide variety of client demographics including disability, neurodiverse, mental health, and domestic violence clients.
This is a full-time role with the option to do some work from home. Early career and experienced therapists are encouraged to apply!
