Psychologist – Part Time

Do you want to spend some time working in a high-quality general practice in the inner north of Melbourne? Turn The Corner Medical Clinic is seeking an experienced psychologist to join our team on a part-time contractor basis, working Mondays and Tuesdays.
Turn The Corner is a GP-owned, private billing, family medical practice.
We currently have clinics in Northcote and Brunswick, with 25 GPs and 4 psychologists/psychiatrists.
This role would be based initially in Northcote, and then later this year would relocate to a new facility we're opening in Fairfield.
Our patients come from all walks of life.
The majority are under 50 years of age.
Two thirds are women.

You will have demonstrated experience (at least 4 years) of providing a high standard of evidence-based therapy to adults, with the generalist skills required to meet the needs of a broad range of clients and presentations being referred by our doctors under Mental Health Care Plans.
You will be registered with AHPRA with a Medicare provider number.
Experience using Best Practice software is advantageous, but certainly not essential.
We would seek to retain your services as a contractor, with expected earnings of approximately $145 per consulting hour (after clinic service fees) for a psychologist, and more for a clinical psychologist.
The role will report to our Principal Doctor.
