Opportunity for a Psychologist or Rehabilitation Counsellor to join the  Charlestown team is on offer.

The business owners are caring Senior Psychologists with an in-depth understanding of the industry & regarded as experts in the space An independent Provider with a robust medical referral network   Industry low staff turnover - team members are engaged, valued & offered ongoing training & development A flexible, collaborative & supportive environment  The Job: Manage a unique & complex caseload, predominantly first responders, chronic pain & education clients Engage & assist clients experiencing PTSD, trauma, depression, anxiety &/or mood disorders in their RTW Build trusted stakeholder relationships to facilitate safe & durable RTW outcomes Attend case conferences Vocational assessments & counselling Interventional counselling & psychosocial rehabilitation activities  Labour market research & networking with local employers Medico-legal assessments & reporting Relatively minimal travel working for a local organisation  Contractor roles are also available, including for RCs who are solely interested in conducting Vocational Assessments  The Benefits: Attractive salary of $90-115K + Super + Bonus Achievable targets & performance-based bonus Professional Development allowance of up to $2000/year Internal secondary Psych supervision, for Provisional Psychologists Mobile phone (also available for personal use) Reimbursement for any work-related travel Flexible work environment & full or part-time role; or contractor role (rate in line with experience) The Ideal Candidate: AHPRA-Registered Psychologist (full or provisional) or ASORC-accredited Rehabilitation Counsellor  2 years'+ Workplace Rehabilitation experience   Eager to assist your clients return to work  Exceptional communication & time management skills Commitment to Professional Development & keen to share your knowledge with others  Driver's licence & car Interested?
