Psychologist - Infant, Child, Youth & Family (ICYF) Mental Health - $5-10k Incentives Offered Western NSW Local Health District – Dubbo NSW
About the role: This Psychology position within the Infant, Child, Youth and Family (ICYF) Service is part of a community-based multidisciplinary team responsible for coordinating the recovery of children with a mental illness or disorder, providing expert clinical services in collaboration with consumers, carers, and other care providers, using an integrated and person-centred approach.
The Psychologist will deliver professional and independent evidence-based psychological treatment techniques and assessment procedures to a range of behavioural, emotional, addiction, psychosocial, and health problems for service consumers aged up to 18 years of age.
You will be supported by a multi-disciplinary team in the provision of these services, including carer/family support. Working hours are Monday to Friday – 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. You will not be required to work weekends or public holidays.
