This Role This is an opportunity for an independent and warm Clinician to join our team 2-5 days per week with flexible working hours. Working from home can also be an option for the right candidate. This role comes with admin support and a client load ready for the right clinician. Clients will be matched based on skill level and experience. We are passionate that our clinicians at ICCP feel 100% supported in the number of referrals they receive and the type of presentations. In short, we will always have your back so that you love coming to work.
Our Clients Our clients are mostly adults who work or study in the Illawarra area with a mix of women, men and adolescents motivated to engage and address their issues. While we assess and work with people across the lifespan including men, a passion of ours is the treatment of trauma and Perinatal Mental health.
What we can offer you Competitive earnings, reflective of your clinical experience and supervision needs. An earning of circa $267,000 per annum is possible to earn as a clinician in our practice (based on your experience and registration status). This is discussed in detail at the interview stage. Our goal is for all our team to feel valued and believe fair pay is one of the key factors in this.A steady stream of suitable referrals (we can fill your books to as full as you would like them).Administrative support (that is warm and yes actually supportive!).A lovely and relaxed office space that has been freshly renovated; natural light, lots of plants, full leather couches, timber flooring. We strongly believe our physical environment needs to support the cognitively demanding work we do.Peer supervision and support and/or AHPRA Board approved supervision.Payment towards your ongoing CPD (further details given at the interview stage).Who we're looking for?
