Job ResponsibilitiesProvide high-quality evidence-based clinical assessment and treatment to clients and their communities.Provide specialist psychological interventions and participate in quality improvement initiatives.Work with people from various backgrounds and cultures, establishing collaborative and therapeutic relationships.Assess, diagnose, consult, evaluate, and provide treatment planning for complex presentations, including the provision of evidence-based program design and implementation to improve community well-being.Keep appropriate, up-to-date, and accurate clinical records.Assess complex cases to determine treatment planning.Ensure the process of transfer and/or discharge of care is undertaken in a timely and effective manner, including written/verbal communication to all relevant parties and the completion of statistical and outcome measures.Implement, monitor, and review treatment plans.Ensure all practice meets professional, organizational, legal, and ethical requirements.Submit and write valid progress notes on time.Minimum RequirementsValid Driving License and use of personal vehicle.Current registration with the Psychology Board of Australia and the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) is mandatory.Minimum 1 year of experience in a relevant role.Excellent level of professional communication and interpersonal skills.Demonstrated experience working in a remote community and establishing therapeutic relationships with individuals and the community.Experience working with individuals from different backgrounds and cultures.Job TypeFull-time
