Are you looking for new opportunities and workspace as an independent contractor? We are interested in attracting allied health professionals to join our growing team of psychologists, psychotherapists, social workers, and counsellors at our Warwick clinic.
Bridging the Gap offers allied health professionals the ability to work for themselves in a low-risk model where they can:
Build a business, not an employment contract Choose their own hours and workload Work with a variety of clients and cases Use their existing skills and expertise Access ongoing support and resources Build a sustainable income stream In essence, Bridging the Gap provides a platform for allied health professionals to have more control over their careers, work-life balance, and financial stability while still practicing their profession.

We offer:
A very flexible work environment. We let you design your day and choose whether you want full-time or part-time hours. Flexible KPI targets – Sub-contractors will be paid per hours worked. Professional and friendly work environment and culture. Flexible caseload choice and administrative support. Successful applicants will have:
Tertiary qualification and current full registration with relevant bodies (APHRA, ACA, PACFA, AASW). A valid Police Clearance & Working with Children's Check. NDIS Worker Screen – if applicable. Technical Skills:
Providing counselling to a varied client base, in terms of demographics and presenting issues. Practical knowledge of current developmental assessments, tools, and interventions. Familiarity with practice management software. Professional Attributes:
High level of interpersonal and communication skills to develop relationships with team members, participants, and stakeholders. Ability to work effectively as a member of a healthcare team. Excellent self-management and time-management skills. Experience in ADHD & Autism assessments and support. Awareness and knowledge of the disability sector, particularly working within the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). About Us:
