Our highly skilled and equipped Volunteers are trained comprehensively in a wide range of emergency environments to minimise the impact of emergencies and strengthen community resilience.
As the largest road rescue network in Australia, we provide a 24/7 response to road accident and trauma incidents, assist Victoria Police in search and rescue operations, and support the Country Fire Authority (CFA), Fire Rescue Victoria (FRV), Parks Victoria, and the Department of Energy, Environment and Climate Action (DEECA) during major bushfire and emergency incidents.
ROLE SUMMARY: This role leads the delivery of designated mental health workplace initiatives and the provision of clinical support services to VICSES members in line with best practice. This role is required to participate in a 24-hour on-call roster on a rotating basis to provide advice, crisis intervention, and critical incident support to members in time-critical situations.
