We provide accessible mental health services inclusive of family, friends, and support networks. Our service is divided into two streams: 0-11 and 12-26 years, and includes specialist services in the areas of perinatal care, neurodevelopmental presentations, eating disorders, and outreach support.Alfred Health prides itself on taking care of its staff by providing support, supervision, reflective practice, education, and professional development, whilst challenging them to grow.What you'll be doingIn this role, you will be providing direct case management as well as discipline assessment, intervention, and specialist consultation to support young people aged 12 - 26 years with intellectual disabilities and co-occurring mental health disorders.
