As a Psychologist - Advanced (Child Development), you will provide expert psychological care and leadership within a multi-disciplinary team, driving practice improvements and fostering collaboration for the best outcomes for children and their families.

What your day will look like…. You'll start by engaging with your multi-disciplinary team, collaborating on complex child development cases, and providing expert advice to ensure optimal outcomes.
Using your advanced clinical expertise, you'll independently lead assessments, diagnosis, and treatment plans, tailoring your approach to each child's unique needs.
You will also mentor and support less experienced colleagues, fostering their professional growth, while guiding quality improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery.
Throughout the day, you'll work closely with families, advocating for the best possible outcomes, and contribute to state-wide clinical networks, driving innovation and evidence-based practices in child development.
