About the Role The Psychological Therapies Clinician provides evidence-based mental health care to residents living in aged care facilities through the Psychological Therapies (PTS) in Residential Aged Care program.
The role focuses on:
Conducting assessments and delivering psychological strategies for residents with mild, moderate, and severe mental illnesses.Supporting residents with mild to moderate mental health needs to enhance their capacity to manage their physical and mental health.Reducing relapse risk through early intervention and proactive care.Candidates with relevant qualifications in Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Mental Health Nursing, Registered Nursing, and Registered Psychologists are encouraged to apply.
