Psa: Finance Manager

FINANCE MANAGER Permanent (subject to probation period of six months)
Salary $120,859 – $133,183 + super
The Public Service Association of NSW (PSA) is a State-registered employee organisation representing over 40,000 members in a diverse range of roles across the NSW public sector. We are looking for a Finance Manager who would be responsible for accounting, finance and payroll functions in our small Accounts team led by our Chief Financial Officer.
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA Tertiary qualifications in Accounting and 3+ years relevant experience Experience in month and general ledger plus balance sheet reconciliations and reporting Sound knowledge of payroll processing and employee entitlements Experience in identifying process efficiencies and implementing streamlined systems DESIRABLE CRITERIA CA or CPSA qualified or working towards these Knowledge of accounting software Experience in assisting with annual audits and budgets Commitment and understanding of Union principles Please send a brief CV and a statement addressing how you satisfy the selection criteria to by 12noon, Monday, 30 September 2024.
