Pryce Mining Services is a specialised underground mining labour hire provider with clients throughout Australia.

Due to our expanding client base, we are currently seeking an experienced Recruitment Advisor to co-ordinate the onboarding of our employees in a professional manner.

In your role, you will report directly to the Directors of the business, whereby you will be an integral part of the management team.

For the right candidate, this role can mostly be performed from home.

About the Role
Coordinate all aspects of the recruitment process, from the initial advertising through to the mobilisation of candidates.
This includes: Understanding client vacancy requirements Candidate selection Reference checks Interviews Pre-employment medicals Site access documents Employment documents Regular updates to management of the progress of candidates Pre-requisites for the role
