The ORS Psychology division is expanding and we are seeking our next clinician to join us! You will join a national team of 250+ Psychologists & Counsellors providing clinical services to NDIS participants aged 0-65. You will work across early intervention, school age, adolescent and adult services with clients who have various presentations, diagnoses and disability types. You will play an integral part in their personal growth and development, working together to meet their goals.
Your day to day duties will involve working with allied health practitioners, support workers and family members to achieve the best possible outcomes for your clients. You will assess and observe participants' challenging behaviours and work towards increasing skills, improving emotion regulation and introducing replacement behaviours to reduce the use of restrictive practices.

Currently, we employ over 180 Provisional Psychologists and understand what it takes to support individuals effectively through to full registration.

Requirements Tertiary qualifications in Psychology and the ability to become registered as a Provisional Psychologist Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Intellectual Disability, and other complex diagnoses (desirable) A car and licence A National Police Clearance, Working With Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check & NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or willingness to obtain one for a client-facing role About the Company ORS has been in the business of making a difference to people with disability and injuries for more than 25 years across NDIS, private and insurance.
