Providing occupational rehabilitation services to clients with a range of conditions, both physical and psychological and supporting them to achieve positive outcomes.
Your duties will include:
Case management; Applying your clinical knowledge to improve return to work outcomes; Working with employers and employees to develop and implement injury prevention and workplace education programs; Collaborating with injured workers, employers, medical and allied health professionals; Completing a variety of assessments using your clinical and discipline specific allied health skills. You'll be a driven and energetic professional with the following qualifications:
Tertiary qualification in Psychology Provision Professional Registration with AHPRA Previous experience in the Occupational Rehabilitation industry is preferred; Excellent communication skills; Compassion and empathy; Well-developed time management skills; A current valid Driver's License and access to own car with comprehensive insurance .
