About the role
The Provider Operations Team is responsible for managing Provider set up and ongoing data integrity for Provider information. This team also supports the MPM Group Provider network through invoice processing and Provider calls both inbound and outbound taking queries, resolving issues, escalating any risks identified and promoting the use of the MPMG tools.
What you'll do
Reporting to the Provider Operations Team Manager you'll:
Triage and action all inbound and outbound provider phone calls
Update Salesforce with new Providers, and ensure the accurate maintenance of bank details, remittance advice details and ABNs
Set-up Provider portal and ongoing management
Manage provider details and statuses (including bank details)
Manage provider architecture/hierarchy (i.e., master and sub-accounts)
Process invoice rule failures relevant to provider information and payment
Manage blocked provider updates
Support quality & risk teams with any ongoing potential fraud investigations
Educate our providers in using MPM Group digital tools, such as provider portal
Perform related tasks to support broader Provider Services team
About you
To be our next Provider Operations Consultant, you'll have:
Commitment to delivering high-quality service and maintaining professional standards.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Proven ability to engage with customers/providers over the phone to build relationships and collaboratively solve issues.
Detail-oriented with strong organisational and time management skills.
The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite – Outlook, Teams, Sharepoint, Excel, Word, Forms.
High levels of attention to detail.
Proven experience in Salesforce platform is advantageous. (Not Essential)
