THE ROLE We are currently putting together a civil project team to manage the project and have a specific need for a Civil Project Engineer. Based in Goondiwindi, these roles will involve on-site liaison with council engineering personnel and external civil contractors to ensure work is done to the necessary standards and within an acceptable timeframe.
THE PERSON We are seeking a talented and versatile Civil Engineer to join our team. This role offers unique opportunities to work on a wide range of projects in regional and remote locations, making a tangible difference to local communities.
Key Responsibilities Lead the delivery, project manage and/or oversee civil engineering projects including roads, water supply and wastewater infrastructure, and community facilities. Conduct site investigations and feasibility studies. Prepare detailed project plans, technical specifications, and cost estimates. Liaise with clients, contractors, and government authorities. Ensure compliance with relevant standards, regulations, and environmental requirements. Manage project timelines, budgets, quality control, and resources effectively. Mentor junior team members and contribute to the growth of our practice.
