About the Role:
Provide high-quality generalist industrial relations and employment relations support across the employment lifecycle. Deliver timely, effective, and confidential guidance and support, particularly on people management issues. Manage IR/ER case functions, including reviewing allegations, conducting investigation interviews, and gathering evidence. Create investigation and outcome documentation, and share lessons learned. Collaborate with and support the broader team, escalating complex and severe matters to senior team members. Support the National IR Manager and Group People Director in developing and implementing national strategies. Ensure alignment with business objectives and contribute to the overall success of the organisation. Desired Skills and Experience:
