You'll apply your expertise to support our diverse clients with their bookkeeping needs, including reconciliations, accounts payable, and payroll. Ideally, you'll be an experienced senior bookkeeper with 3-5 years of hands-on experience and proficiency in XERO and MYOB.

You will have excellent relationship skills and enjoy taking a pro-active approach. Your role will see you reviewing and coaching bookkeepers to deliver quality outcomes to clients.
Role Responsibilities Cultivating strong client relationships and ensuring exceptional service. A proactive approach to reviewing work and coaching junior bookkeepers. Supervision and review of work deliverables in a timely and client-centric manner. Ensure the delivery of high-quality results to a diverse range of clients across various industries. Experience in scoping and quoting work. Desirable Qualifications Certificate IV in Bookkeeping/Accounting Xero certification Skills and Experience Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills with attention to detail. Proficient in numeracy, problem-solving, and managing competing priorities. Proven ability to deliver quality outcomes and meet deadlines. Experienced in team collaboration, client management, and adapting to change. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, XERO, MYOB, and relevant software. At least 3 years' experience as a bookkeeper/accountant across multiple industries. Location Your choice of working in our Sydney or Brisbane CBD office!
