The personnel in the team regularly work with other partners in Brisbane and in other offices and are highly regarded for their expertise in private and public M&A transactions, capital raising and corporate governance across the government, agribusiness, mining and retirement & aged care sectors.Your RoleWe are seeking interest from lawyers from 2 years PQE to Associate level to join the team. You will be working closely with well-regarded partner Stephen Knight providing transactional support and corporate governance advice to a diverse client base.
